ELASI Philippines is a Philippine company manned by highly experienced  personnel. ELASI Philippines is incorporated in October 1993 and started  operations in March 1994 doing assembly of RF and microwave components,  magnetic heads and transformers. Recently, ELASI Philippines acquired  major interests in existing operation to add to its capability the  assembly of Hybrid circuits and SMD products.
 

ELASI Philippines is privately held and is a subsidiary of ALIP-BASIL  Group of companies which is engaged in agri-business in the Northern  part of the Philippines. ELASI Philippines is basically a contract  assembly house although it does not discount the possibility of a  turnkey arrangement.
 

ELASI Philippines' plant is located in one of the many Export  Processing Zones of the country's Philippine Export Zone Authority.  ELASI Philippines' facility is in 1/F TPU Bldg. Elfyu Compound, Calamba  Premiere International Park, Batino, Calamba City, Laguna, Philippines, a  free port which facilitates entry and exit of goods without Custom's  inspection and intervention. This assures the facilitated entry of raw  materials from any nation, its processing inside the zone and its  eventual shipback to the sender country. This holds true also for the  needed entry of production equipments and accessories. ELASI  Philippines' sales and services group in the United States of America is  located at 15042 Providence Lane, North Hills, CA 91343 where it is represented by Lui Ubungen and John Ubungen.
